What does the critique look at?
What a first visitor needs: what the page is, who it is for and what to do next, and whether its declared design can be read: colours, typefaces, the smallest type size, the breakpoints for phones. It reads the page's text and stylesheets, never a picture of it, so it does not judge photos or illustrations.
What does the AI actually read?
What a search engine or a link preview reads: the title, the description, the headings, the buttons and the text of the page, with no JavaScript run. And its stylesheets: the colours, the typefaces, the type sizes, how it adapts to a phone. It does not look at a screenshot: it judges what the page declares. If the page is empty without JavaScript, that is the first line of the bill.
